Certified appraiser, Cindy Charleston Rosenberg, ISA CAPP of Art Appraisal Firm, LLC and contributing writer for Art Matters, will talk about evaluating your art and the new IRS donation law. The Creutzburg Center is located at 260 Gulph Creek Road in Radnor, PA.
